Niki Bryan Spas saw the opportunity to acquire the rights to use the Marilyn Monroe Brand in the Spa/Health and Wellness space. They needed to create a pitch book that would sell the concept to acquire the licensing. Then once won, they needed to define the use of the brand in all aspects of their business, which included three primary lines of services (Nail Boutiques, Glamour Rooms and Resort Spas) as well as over 200 branded products of skin care, hair care and cosmetics.

TKO partnered with Marilyn Monroe Spas to become their marketing leadership and developed brand standards and unique packaging, following through with production and store openings. In addition, TKO planned and implemented the launch of the company and its products into multiple markets simultaneously.

As a result of these marketing initiatives, Marilyn Monroe Spas was able to open locations in Orlando, Monterey, Maui, New York City and Miami within two years, as well as fill those locations with marketing devices such as video slideshows and a full array of products, both in-store and online.
